 1. Go to phone settings>>network settings>>APN> New apn

 Proxy : server4.operamini.com or
141.0.11.253
Port: 80
Apn: internet


3. open opera handler and edit as follows
Give Proxy Type as: HTTP
Enter Proxy Server: http://111.93.115.205/TnC.aspx
or
http://111.93.115.205/s/home.aspx?splid=9326&mt=jb%3D%2F

4. Now save settings and start enjoying free unlimited browsing and downloading
